4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A. Sessions

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited.

  • Cancellations within 48 but more than 24 hours may receive a credit at the Company’s discretion.

  • Cancellations 24 hours or less before the session are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • No-shows are charged in full with no refund or credit.

B. Workshops and Events

All bookings for group classes, workshops, and events are final.
No refunds are issued unless the Company cancels the event.

C. Digital Products

If digital products become available in the future, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

D. Company Cancellations

If the Company must cancel a session or event, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
